Incensed dad answers that it’s simply a toy and couldn’t transform anything other than William convinced for the bicycle still the dad rejected. Later when the condition in the town gets demolish his dad concurs and gives him the bicycle. Utilizing this bicycle William assembles his first windmill and gets water from a well and the locals begin to cultivate.
